Former infantry officer of the Brazilian Army, Specialist in Public Security, Criminologist and Organizational Consultant. He worked for almost 10 years in the Brazilian government in the areas of intelligence and tactical operations. He was  a General Director of tactical operations of the State of Espirito Santo - Brazil and led forces to combat criminal organizations. Instructor of tactical operations, police operations techniques, intelligence and counterintelligence, non-lethal technologies, was responsible for the formation of almost 4,000 law enforcement agents and military  in Brazil.

He had several awards for his prominence in the area of ​​instruction of units of tactical operations and combat to criminal organizations. He acted as a postgraduate professor in the fight against criminal organizations, crisis management and in the formation of government leaders and agents of tactical operations and of intelligence and counter surveillance.

He acted as an organizational security consultant for several security private companies.
